Shawn Whitehead is a native of Sussex County, Virginia, and a veteran of the United States Army. He received and answered the call to ministry in 2015 while faithfully serving in his local church, Transforming Life Fellowship Ministries under the leadership of Pastors Anthony and Sherri McCoy. Prior to being chosen for the fivefold ministry, he learned what it meant to have “the heart of a servant” while serving at the grass root level of ministry for fifteen years, in Maintenance/Beautification, Transportation, Audio/Video, Youth Minister, Teacher, Armorbearer and held the office of Deacon. Pastor Shawn is married to his “Queen” Dorlene of Roanoke Virginia with a family of six children and ten grandchildren. Pastor Shawn’s desire is that people will experience God’s healing in every broken area of their life “healing for the total man” and to help people through the inspirational teaching of God’s word.
